keepin' it casual.

To be perfectly honest, I've been running late all day today. In fact, I'm late getting ready for a wedding RIGHT NOW!! But, what am I doing? Blogging. Oy vey!
Anywho! I know I've shared some of these outfits lately, but I really wanted to make a post with strictly casual-wear that I've been wearing in the last couple of months. And since we've had an unseasonably cool Spring/Summer, most of these outfits will translate well into Fall (and maybe even Winter!).

a green affair.

the trouble with bubbles.

The trouble with bubbles (bubble necklaces) is that they go with EVERYTHING! Not that that's something to complain about. Apparently my passion for bubble necklaces was re-ignited with a fury this week. Hence, my outfits below.

quick day to night change.

I think most people have picked up on the fact that I blog my outfits in real time. Or as real-time as you can get while working, being married, and having somewhat of a social life!

This post is in REALLY real-time! Right now I have less than an hour between work and meeting up with a friend for dinner and drinks. I want to look stylish, but I'm not going on a date with the hubs. Plus, I don't have time (or the desire, really) to go through my closet and pick out something other than what I've been wearing today. So, what's the easy solution?

Throw on some skinny jeans and some motorcycle boots!

fave looks!

Hey, everyone! How's your week going so far?

Mine is going well. The weather is finally turning a bit cooler. And I am so excited to wear boots and cozy sweaters!

Here's a few of my fave looks that I wore the past week:

This one is a casual Friday look. I'm in love with this Old Navy sweater. It's so cute and sophisticated at the same time.

On Saturday, I went to another tailgate/football game and wore jeans and boots. I was a little nervous about being too hot with the boots. But, it turned out to be perfect for the temperature!

And this is Monday's work outfit. I wanted something easy and comfortable. The only problem is that this skirt ended up stretching out a lot by the end of the day. So much that I may have to get it altered and cinched in at the waist.

Lately, skirts and dresses have been my go-to outfit pieces. They are so easy to style. Throw on a simple dress, or a skirt, top, and a few accessories and you're done!--All dressed and put together in less than a minute.
